FAQ
Why there is no sound?
- Please confirm whether the toggle switch is in the ON position.
- Check whether the product is under voltage (the battery voltage is low, and the red light flashes 5 times without sound playing).
I got error message: Unrecognized removable disk：
- Please confirm whether the connection cable is a data cable.
- Confirm whether the data cable is in good contact (please try to plug it in again).
What is the used condition?
- Too high ambient temperature (≥33℃) will affect the sensing distance and sensitivity.
- The air conditioner and the fan facing the sensor head will affect the sensing distance and sensitivity.
Do I need to buy batteries?
1 Lithium Polymer batteries installed.
